Getting error in create blob container

Hi Team,

I'm getting the following error while creating blob container on my local azure explorer.

Error: "The specified account is disabled.\nRequestId:da3a0d35-601e-0044-0821-f460f0000000\nTime:2022-11-09T09:56:57.8007032Zz".

This error occurs when i want to create or download document from blob(container), main problem is i can not access this blob from one system but can access from other system.

please help or guide me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    Request you to validate if your storage account is firewall enabled ?

    Steps:-
    Azure Portal -> Storage Account -> Networking -> Check Allow Access From (All Networks / Selected Networks) --> Virtual networks --> Check any specific Client IP Addresses are enabled.
