Hi,
I formatted my c drive for windows clean installation, after the installation I found my D drive is locked with bitlocker automatically.
During installation, windows asked for recovery key and I stopped installation and noted down bitlocker recovery key from my computer properties. and continue windows installation with that key.
After installation I used that key to unlock D drive but no luck.
"the key doesn't match this drive".
please help me, have some important data on that drive!!!
I am using Dell latitude 5500.
before installation I tried to find key in Microsoft account but didn't found. and later I added my personal account and then I found different Bitlocker key. even tried with that key but no luck.
