AZ-900 couldn't enter exam

How to get a new exam voucher for AZ-900, when I couldn't enter my exam due to OnVUE/work computer bs?

  • Ran test/simulation yesterday worked fine
  • Tried to validate multiple times today, couldn't enter exam room as I was uploading pictures of testing area. Myself, drivers licence, test room front and back side all worked fine. But for some reason the app restarted when I was posting left or right side of test room.

Customer support is terrible, didn't help at all. Told me do to everything again (obviousy same result), then told me I shouldn't use a work laptop (one that was working fine during the test). No such information was given in the invite e-mail, sends me a technical requirements document after the moment my test is supposed to start.

No help getting a new voucher or time slot. 0 stars on Trip Advisor if you ask me....

I need a new voucher, not going to pay 100 dollars for this bs...
