I want to count the value of google in cell f5 when the date between 01-Nov-2022 to 30-Nov-2022
in this total data value of google is 2.

    Try this formula:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--($A$4:$A$13>=$A$2),--($A$4:$A$13<=$B$2),--($B$4:$B$13=$D$3),--(C4:C13<>""))
