Sql express 2019 instalation error - starting error

Hi, I can't start or install mysql express. I was reinstall whole windows to check if it can help but it cannnot.. When I trying to install this instalator shows error as in attachments. Please help me how to solve this trouble.. I can send log file, but I don't know in which folder they was saved.

    The message about the "database recovery handle" means that SQL Server did not start when Setup wanted to run configuration.

    To find out why SQL Server did not start, check the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\ERRORLOG. (This assumes a default installation.)

    If you find a message about 256 misaligned reads, this is a known issue which is Microsoft has posted a workaround for.

    I don't know how to read this file.. It's a lot of files in there. I add values to regedit from tutorial you attached but it didn't work. Can you help me which file with logs are important to read?

    These are my logs. Please take a look if you have time. I was try to turn off firewall but it didn't work.
