SSRS error in SharePoint 2016

We are getting generic errors on all our SSRS reports in our SharePoint 2016 on prem. When I choose Load Parameters I get the error "You cannot set the feature switch instance more than once". I can run the reports outside of SharePoint with no issues. I'd appreciate any troubleshooting ideas.

I believe SSRS was installed in SharePoint mode, we have 1 WFE and one Custom role server.
