Merge Certiport Id with Microsoft Id to get new Microsoft TranscriptId and Access code

Hi team,

Below stated is MCID and access code.

I have written exam from certiport.com .Can you please merge certiport ID with pearsonvue or microsoft.com so that i can get new Microsoft transcript id and access code.
