How do we know when changes are made to the information in the learn pages. For example in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender-endpoint/configure-contextual-file-folder-exclusions-microsoft-defender-antivirus?view=o365-worldwide#feedback, states the changes in the way we configure exclusions. Is there a way to know that these changes are going to be made before hand, not after as it will impact our security?

In the link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender-endpoint/configure-contextual-file-folder-exclusions-microsoft-defender-antivirus?view=o365-worldwide#feedback. It describes how exclusions should be written <PATH>:{TypeName:value,TypeName:value} which was updated 20th of October 2022. Prior to this date the format was using “<PATH>:{TypeName:value,TypeName:value}” without the back slash in it. To give some context. In the document the new format is c:\documents\design.doc:{PathType:file,ScanTrigger:OnAccess} . Previously it would have been c:\documents\design.doc:{PathType:file,ScanTrigger:OnAccess} without the back slash.
So, with what I have described above, how do we know when we need to make syntax changes before hand so we do not impact the business with performance issues with incorrectly formatted exclusions.
I am using this as a specific example. But would like to know, how would we know with this and other articles if changes like this are required. I cannot see where we can subscribe to articles or have rss feeds. If there is also somewhere else, maybe not in "learn" where this information is stored with what I need, that would be helpful.

Microsoft's product and technical documents are all under the heading of learning, with only collection, comment, editing and feedback functions, and no subscription function. And there is currently no other channel to view this kind of information. The official Microsoft website is the only designated channel. It is recommended that you add it to your favorites and pay attention to it frequently.

What do you mean by learn page?
Usually MDE's definition exclusions are configured before starting the scan, and the exclusions apply to either files or folders.

Us reading 1000's of articles everyday for this changes is not really practical. Very unfortunate.
