Workstation not adopting the created GPO from my Domain Controller

I created GPO and then link it to the OU that i created in my Active Directory. When i update the group policy in one of the workstation, the workstation did not adopt the policy that i created. Hope you can help me on this. Thank you,

    Please troubleshoot the issue as below:

    1. Check if one of the workstation you update the group policy is in the OU.
    2. Check whether you set the user settings or computer settings.
    3. Check whether you set security filtering or WMI filter on GPO.
    4. How you check the workstation did not adopt the policy that you created.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to GPO.

    Please check is the Scope Tab on the Group Policy Object (GPO). If you are configuring a computer side setting, make sure the GPO is linked to the Organization Unit (OU) that contains the computer.

    If the GPO configures a user side setting, it needs to be linked to the OU containing the correct user. Remember, GPOs cannot be linked to an OU that just contains security groups.

    Also there can be different reasons for GPO not getting applied as per below article.
