Uninstalling Phone Link

I have read how to uninstall Phone Link. It looks like people could uninstall Phone Link.
As for me, I have had a problem after installing Phone Link.
My laptop is HP Probook.
I followed the simple steps to uninstall.
But my Power Shell has this outcome shown in the attached file.
Here is the message in the picture.

  • "An error occurred because a user was logged off.
  • Windows cannot remove Microsoft.YourPhone_1.22092.211.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe because the current user does not have that
  • package installed. Use Get-AppxPackage to see the list of packages installed."

I have installed it and it is linked to my Sam Sung cell phone.
I don't know why the message says I do not have that package installed.

Since I installed this app, my laptop often stops and I have to restart it.

Please help me with this!

Thank you so much!
