Monthly Cumulative Windows Updates

Question

Tried pushing through WSUS server, through SCCM server, and directly installing and all end with the same result: Package KB4574727 failed to be changed to the Installed state. Status: 0x80070005.

I was able to deploy the Feature Upgrade Enablement Package through SCCM successfully.

Also, based on my research, 0x80070005 means Access denied and it usually occurs because of lack of permissions, since this error code indicates “General access denied error”

You could try these methods:
Go to Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshooting and run the troubleshooter on Update.

If this doesn't helps, try to reset Windows Update components and see if that helps:

If issue still persists, perform repair upgrade:
