My account has been locked azure

Unfortunately I was browsing my account and suddenly my account was locked on the site Microsoft azure For no reason and when I open a case about my account, it is automatically closed and there is no way for me to reactivate the subscription. The worst part is the account review team.
I want to get a CEO

    Hi Merietta,

    I am sorry to hear this that account was closed, I am not sure you will get direct contact of the CEO as he is busy with other priority work, however in the meanwhile can you please call up service desk and they should be able to sort your account.
