I am not able access my external IP of AKS LoadBalancer Service I checked pods running correctly and I am able to open the Springboot application logs

Is the application exposed directly using a Load Balancer Service or is there an ingress controller handling traffic to the backend?
From the computer where you are trying to access the application please check if telnet <ExternalIP> <port> is a success.
If not, please check if there is a Firewall or NVA or Network Security Group(s) that blocks traffic from the internet to the ExternalIP on the Port on which the application is listening.
