Microsoft 365 - Prevent users from downloading business data to personal device.

Hi!

I have a question regarding a bit of governance and security.
In our organisation we primarily have our data in the Cloud.
We wish to restrict users from downloading files from SharePoint or OneDrive to their personal device.
We also wish to block the configuration of a local Outlook with the business e-mail on private devices.

I've read that Microsoft is no longer developing Windows Information protection.
What are good options to keep company data within the company tenant without the risk of users downloading information to personal devices?
