Android app deployment conditions

My customer is using Intune to create a work profile on the Android device (android 11). There is one app that will not install on devices that do NOT have telephony capabilities. If it is WIFI only device, that app will not install. If the device has cellular capabilities, the app installs fine. Where do I look to see if there are restrictions either on this app or in the deployment profile?

    @Breslau, Jason Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    Based on my research, I didn't find that intune has any setting to restrict it. Is it possible that it is a limitation of this app itself?

    It is suggested to try to manually install this app in an wifi only device which is unenrolled to intune to check if it is installed successfully.
