Importing excel data to calendar

Hello,

Is there a way to upload data from excel to a SharePoint calendar on SP 2016 on prem?

Hi @Sherazad Ahmed ,

1.Copy & Paste
Per my test, it works on SharePoint Online, but doesn't paste on SharePoint 2016.

2.As a workaround,import excel data into a normal list, then create and switch to calendar view.
1)add an app

2)Select Import Spreadsheet

3)Import an excel to a list

4)Create a Calendar View

Thank you Xuyan. Incidentally, soon after posting this, the though to check if a list had a calendar view came to mind. Lol.
