Outlook 365 emails dispaly pop-up window and won't print.

Question

Whenever I try to print emails from Microsoft Outlook Web Version, I cannot click on the 3 dots in the corner or click on the print button to get it to print. I can only print using CTRL-P. This just started happening recently. Can someone tell me why this is happening? This happens on multiple browsers and multiple machines. I have cleared the cache, but this does not resolve the issue.
