Hi. Someone please help me from login issue

Usually I use camu.in for my institution, through that site I schedule a meeting using Microsoft. Com and teams.
When I schedule a meeting it will automatically sign to Microsoft and directed me to teams.
But few days I received a error from microsoft
I have no idea to solve please help me..
The error shown is

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application: '4f2b1fdb-c256-4eae-8ced-ba85623a9b3f'.

Please help me

    Based on the error messages, it would be specific to Azure App services authentication and you need to contact your administrator to help you add the URL to the Azure Active Directory application
