Windows 11 22H2 seems to offer some performance improvements. In general, does Windows 10 22H2 offer the same improvements?

Always issues... Those will be fixed. Trying to get a sense of kernel performance improvements. Win 11 22h2 seems to have a few. Are they mirrored in Win10 22h2? The rub is when you stick with an older version there are tradeoffs. I am less concerned about new features and more concerned about performance. Win 11 22h2 appears to have both... Unfortunately the new features are more of a hindrance. But I will deal with them if there is a performance boost.

Normally, new builds of Windows would have improvements and bug fixes and you might experience performance improvements. Microsoft checking feedbacks and reports regularly and work on improving Windows and releases fix using updates and builds.
The orginal question is about performance improvements in 22H2. Win 11 seems to have them although I cannnot find much in the release notes in this regard. Does Win 10 share some of the 22h2 performance improvements?
There might not be a direct command but you should experience it.
You may try download and install the latest version and if there were any issues, report it using the Feedback Hub app.

Windows 11 on supported installations as compared to the most up to date Windows 10 installation has improvements in performance, reliability, and security.
Windows 11 installations use DCH drivers.

Most of the updates for either Windows 10 or 11 offer performance improvements as Microsoft engineers fix the bugs on the previous versions 21H2 that could hinder the devices to work at their best performance. Windows 11 system might just give a more obvious result as it is the latest system of Windows.
