Block the Installation Authenticator app in the device

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to block the installation of the Authenticator App in the Enrolled devices in Intune with the help of Conditional Access or any other alternative to block the installation of Authenticator.

Conditional access is unrelated to controlling what is installed on a device or controlling that.
