Screen sharing interrupted and microphone mute cannot be released (Skype for Business)

I have the following problems while using Skype for Business. Is there a solution to these phenomena?

First phenomenon: Screen sharing is interrupted in Skype for Business.

When sharing a screen in Slide Show mode of PowerPoint, after about 10 minutes, the slide show shown on the viewer’s display blacks out. Audio is fine.

This phenomenon does not occur when sharing Excel Book or PDF.

Second phenomenon: Unable to cancel the mute button

During the web meeting, sometimes I use the mute button to turn off my microphone. Then I try to cancel the mute in order to speak, but unable to cancel the mute. It is the button which exists on the Skype for Business Web App window.

The main screen tells the status of the microphone is turned on, while the participant list says it is muted.

After clicking the microphone button several times, the mute finally gets canceled..

The same phenomenon occurs even if the host is not sharing the screen.

The two phenomena have one thing in common.

An error message appears. But the error message we see is in Japanese, I’m not sure how it goes in English. But the message is something like as follows.

“The host may lose connection to the server, which may affect call functionality. We are reconnecting."

Specifications and environment are as follows

OS: Windows 10 64bit

App: Skype for Business Web App

Host or Guest: Guest
