I am running an App developed with a Visual Studio 2015 edition in a Visual Studio 2019. When I Start the App with Debugging, I get an Exception:

How can I get passed this?

@Amos Matthew Could you tell me what project are you using, is it an UWP project, a WPF project or a Winform project? Is the uri http://<webappname>.azurewebsites.net/ accessible on the browser? Can it run successfully on other types of projects?

Its a UWP project where I get a search result with Microsoft documents and GitHub info:

@Amos Matthew Could you please double check if the URL is correct? Please compare the URL you used in your app with the URL generated form Azure website. Maybe you can use other types of project(such as a WPF project) to test the ServerUrl to view whether the exception is related to a specific project.
