Unable to connect LDAP from Azure synapse

Hi Team,

We want to fetch data from LDAP-AD on prem server and store it into ADLS using Azure synapse. For that we have tried the connection using Synapse HTTP REST ODBC linked services but I unable to connect it.

Can you please let us know how we can connect to LDAP-AD from Azure Synapse?

    Welcome to the MS Q&A platform.
     
    A similar thread has been discussed here.

    Per the thread, you can use Office 365 connector to pull data from the Graph API using copy activity.

    (or) if you have an existing PowerShell script to pull the LDAP data, then you run the PowerShell script using the Custom activity to pull the LDAP data.

    Here is the documentation about how to use Custom activity.
