AZURE AUTHENTICATION ISSUES STILL PERSIST

I have follow the instruction but, when i try to register or sign up for a free azure($200 ) after filling all the infos and click "NEXT" OR Click on "SIGN UP" the buttons(both sign up or next) are not even responding it give me the red non responding color . pls see the snapshots below , Bcs before i can access azure active directory , the website is telling me to sign or register first , but here i can't even register for a free 200 sign Azure account.
really this is unbelievable , and the sad thing is that , even azure support is not accessible in order for me to escalate this issue to the support team .

You have posted your query with Azure Maps tag. Though it is not related to Azure Maps, looks like you are trying to register for an Azure Subscription and facing issues.

As mentioned in Azure free account FAQ, Azure is commercially available (but doesn’t include sovereign cloud products in US Government, Azure China, and Azure Germany regions). Azure is currently commercially available in 140 countries/regions. Check the country list for availability.

If available, there could be multiple reasons why you are seeing this error. Suggest you to follow the steps from Troubleshoot issues when you sign up for a new account in the Azure portal and Troubleshoot Azure subscription sign-in issues for more details.
