Why there is no Sandbox for exercises

Hi, I'm doing the Microsoft Learning Path for Exam DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure and some modules are missing a Sandbox. I'm not able to follow the exercises without having the access to the same environment as its showed in the module. Can you help me?
example of module:
Data integration at scale with Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Pipeline.

Exercise - Integrate a Notebook within Azure Synapse Pipelines
