Does DDTC/State say GCC High Cloud for ITAR-controlled data is O.K.?

• Does the State Dept officially accept the idea of DDTC-registered participants using GCC High Cloud for ITAR-controlled data?

• Can I please get a copy of an affirmative statement from DDTC/State that says Microsoft GCC High Cloud is good for ITAR tech data ( from DDTC/State and not Microsoft claiming this)?

• If you can't release a copy, then will you please give me a good specific and complete reference to the correspondence from DDCT/State to Microsoft which we can cite in correspondence with them?
