There is a problem with cmd after Windows 11 upgrade

When I upgrade to the latest version of Windows 11, my CMD buffer cannot page up

    My Windows 11 command prompt looks like this. Click the icon in the upper left corner to change the screen buffer size.

    Your 1st image appears to be the Windows Terminal app. Click on the gear icon and under advanced, set the history size.

    Then move your mouse icon to the right side of the window and let it hover. The scroll slider should then appear.

    The 2nd and 3rd images of "CMDer" appear to be this 3rd party software. https://cmder.app/

    You will need to contact the developer of that software if it does not function correctly.
