OpenXRMsftHandInteraction select is which hand gesture?

OpenXRMsftHandInteraction
there are Grip R,L and Select R,L.

I'm using hololens and know how to make Grip but don't know Select R, L..

In the hololens, How can i make Select R,L with my hands?
