新規MCIDの発行のお願い

certiportのmcidの有効期限が切れているとのことでLearnのアカウントとcertiportのアカウントの紐づけができません。新しいmcidの発行をお願いしたいです。
タグはわからなかったので適当につけさせていただきました。
