Passed exam, but not added to profile

Question

I passed AZ-900 today (its a start), but it did not get credited to my profile. I received a congratulatory email. The MCID in the email does not match the MCID in my profile. So... I don't know what's up with that.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
