Where can i get the certificate soft copy?

Hi, I wrote Azure fundamentals (AZ-900) exam on 12th Nov, 2022. I have passed the exam and now i would like to take my certificate but i couldn't able to find where can i download my certificate. Please help me out with this

Log in to Your learning dashboard with your Microsoft ID.
Locate Certificates on the carousel and click Download or purchase.
Select the certificate you’d like to download and click PDF.
