I lost my certificate, How do I obtain my certificate back?

Dear friends

Back in the day, I studied a Data Science Track of the Microsoft Professional Program (MPP), it was a wonderful experience that lasted for about a year, after which I got the certificate, and the certificate was available online all the time.

Once again, when I enter the old platform, or on the certificate link, I will be transferred to this platform, and I lost access to my certificate, now there is no way I can prove that I have studied this path.

How do I obtain my certificate back?
