Blurry Text, Images, Videos, Website & Games Windows 10

Question

my problem started like this. i had windows 10 installed before then i switched to windows 7 for some reason. i installed windows 7 updates manually from online. installed my gpu from nvidia website. after i opened my game i felt it was blurry and pixelated. i quit my game and what i saw was my whole screen was looking a lil blurry like pics and images. after looking online for the solution i did not found anything, then i decided to revert back to windows 10 but the problem still occurs i literally facing this problem for 3-4 months. i really need your help pls. if you guys know something feel free to comment. thanks

It seems that this problem is still related to the system or driver, you can try the following operations:

• Enter safe mode to check if there are similar problems:

• Perform a clean boot to see if this problem occurs without loading any third-party programs:

• Is the BIOS interface blurred? Power on the system and then go to BIOS Setup by pressing the F2 key

• Use the same type of display card to replace the test

Uninstall, reinstall and update graphic card driver.
Visit the support site of the graphic card manufacturer to download and install the latest driver.
