Associer mon compte Certiport à Microsoft

Bonjour,

Comment peut-on synchroniser un compte Certiport à un compte Microsoft ? Je viens d'obtenir la certification MOS via Certiport et je n'arrive pas à inter-connecté les deux comptes.
