Error while importing txt file: 1 file format is wrong.

Since last week i get an error while importing .txt files.

"1 file format is wrong."

text.txt:
This is a test.

The .txt files are the same as a couple of weeks ago.

Formatting is UTF.

What to do?

Hi,

The fileformat was apparently not UTF.

I've changed it to UTF and now it is working again.
