Pin a internet shortcut to task bar in Windows 11

Hi

We have an App we access from a internet website.
We would like to add a shortcut on all our Windows 11 laptops (+400) so the shortcut in available in the taskbar.
How do I do this? We currently use a GPO and apply a *.xml file. The other shortcuts we use work just fine, but they are local installed apps and not website shortcuts

Did a search online, but cannot make it work

    If putting the shortcut on users' desktop is also OK for you, you can refer to the answer in this thread. You can achieve this using the GPMC on a Windows domain. I made a test and it can create the website shortcut on desktop. The setting is like below, you can define your website url in the setting:
