Pin a internet shortcut to task bar in Windows 11

Callisen 1 Reputation point

We have an App we access from a internet website.
We would like to add a shortcut on all our Windows 11 laptops (+400) so the shortcut in available in the taskbar.
How do I do this? We currently use a GPO and apply a *.xml file. The other shortcuts we use work just fine, but they are local installed apps and not website shortcuts

Did a search online, but cannot make it work
