how to delete all in File History

Hello,
because I have problems with disk space,
I want to delete File History at all, also Catalog1.edb .

Till mow, I have disabled File History and Clean Up versions "All but the latest one".
But there are 74 GB in "S:\FileHistory\myAccount\myPC\Data\H"

    Thank you for your post!
    Now File History works**!**
    I had to create a new share of my partition S:
    and then edit the Advanced Sharing -> Permissions to allow full control
