Batch file to change Group Policy - Password Policy

Hi all.

We're going to upgrade our password policy to make it stronger, namely enable password expiration, enforce minimum length of 10 characters and perhaps even turning on the complexity setting. I was wondering if this could be done via a batch file that I could run on every computer? If so, how could I make such a batch file? It would make my job easier since there's a lot of computers. Also, all of the accounts are local accounts, not Microsoft 365 accounts.
