I have two Azure Subscriptions that have been in the "DisableReview" state for over 120 days. I was expecting them to eventually be deleted but they appear to be stuck in this state. I need them to be deleted so that I can finish deleting my service.
Can someone help me?

I will suggest you to raise a support case to looked into this as it seems they are looped and stuck in the backend.
