Modern News web part on SharePoint online will not show all news posts.

We are using Sharepoint Online (modern) and have created hundreds of news posts. However when clicking on "See All" in the modern news web part, we can only see the most recent 14 news posts. There is no paging, scrolling, or anything to indicate how to view the remaining posts.

    This issue cannot be reproduced from my end. Please check as following to narrow down the issue:

    1. Try cleaning up browser cache and test again.
    2. Change another browser. Like IE, Chrome.
    3. What are the affected site? Team site or communication site?
    4. Are all sites affected? If you create a new site, does the issue occur?
