Create + Review Button is not visible when creating Azure 'Storage Account'

When I'm trying to create a Storage Account, the create button seems invisible.
May I kindly know the reason for that

    Hello @Hiroshi Perera ,
    It seems UI has changed a little bit , once you go through all the steps till review - you will see Create Button enabled.
    Or you can directly click on Review Tab - you can see the Create Button enabled
