Currently, I am using a laptop. The computer was running Windows 10 with a product key. As I have upgraded the laptop to Windows 11, I wish to reset it in order to save some space and make it run more quickly. In spite of this, it may not perform well and I cannot revert back to Windows 10. However, I do have the product key that I saw in Windows 11's cmd window and I can get the installation media for windows 10
Is it possible to use that key for Windows 10?

In case you already installed the Windows 10 and it has been acivated, you may download and install the Windows 11 again.
When you connect to internet, it will check with the server and activated.
And what happens if i reset the laptop in windows 11 and use that same product key for windows 10?
Normally when you perform a reset and reinstall Windows it won't ask for product key and retrieve it from the device.
In case your Windows 10 has been activated and you upgrade to Windows 11, and it was activated, the product key should work.
