Suggestion required to use AvePoint for SharePoint migration

Dear SharePoint Team, 

         In my project we are planning to migrate SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online using AvePoint. Kindly guide me about using AvePoint in real time what are the pre requesting, what are issues will face while migrating and after migration and etc. Thank You.
