SQL Server Manager Fail to start

I want to enable the TCP/IP protocol for SQL Server 2019 Express version in my laptop. But the SQL Server Configuration manager fails to start. The same SQL server installation i am able to connect using SQL Management Studio.

    Hi @Kizhakkethiruoth, Jagadeesh ,

    You can try to repair SQL Server.
    Open the control panel and go to the location of my picture. Select SQL Server and right click Uninstall/Change the click Repair.

    That is the wrong directory path I believe. Not sure why you're trying to run this from the file system directly. When you installed SQL then it would have created a folder in the Start Menu and within there is a shortcut to the correct version of SQL Configuration Manager to use. You should click that link.
