Custom Power app not avialble for all users in MS Teams
Hello, I have been experiencing a problem where the custom power app I built is only available to add for some users in our organization. There does not appear to be a pattern for the users that cannot add the app to their teams.
Can someone please describe the proper process to ensure all users are able to view and add this app in their teams?
Could you please verify if there is any custom policy set up in admin center?
As an admin, you can use app permission policies to control the apps that are available to each user in your organization. The permissions you set to allow or block all apps or specific apps are applicable to all types of apps in Teams. You must be a Global Admin or Teams service admin to manage these policies.
Is your issue resolved or are you still facing any issue?
As far as I can tell, our Policies were set correctly based on your reference materials. I actually used these guides before.
I have gotten around this request by just attaching the App to a MS Team that all applicable users can access.
Most likely error on my part in some way, so I will leave it be for now as I do not expect to release any apps soon that will be included outside of a MS Team.
