getting Error 2201 while trying to register an Individual Xbox Dev Account through Partner Center

Question

I'm attempting to register an Individual xbox dev account, however when i attempt to actually do so, i get this:

Error code 2201.
Correlation ID cc6f47df-33af-4f7f-9467-5f6ff2c27a68,xA6BQ+0ITE6x+oLZ.0.0.

I've tried different browsers, different machines, different OSes, even different networks. How can I resolve this?

I think I got something.
So, the support contacted me and asked me to try to put in my phone number somehow different.
So I got it from the first try.

My phone number is: +7 926 722**** (you don't need to know my full phone number)
There are 3 fields:
So, first field: +7
Second field: 7926 - (yes, country region again and phone operator code)
Third field: 722****

And that's it, I'm on the next step.

All,

after having an email conversation with the support, I was able to complete the registration using the following steps:

1. Use the latest Edge version on Windows 10
2. Ensure that your browser language is set to en-US (English American)
3. Open an in-private browsing window using the latest Edge version on Windows 10
4. Start the registration process (during this, signing in with your Microsoft account is required)
5. Delete all pre-filled fields with backspace
6. Enter your registration details

Note:
I used my mobile phone number (Germany)

• First field: +49
• Second field: 151
• Third field: 1111111

(this is actually a fake number, but the pattern would match)

In addition, the support person mentioned you should use a physical address over a P.O. box address.

En serio microsoft que vale millones de dolares pone a unos pinshes becarios a crear los formularios de registro y ademas estan mal hechos ??? pense que eso solo pasaba en mexico jajaja

Solución: Funciona para México

Registrarse como desarrollador: https://developer.microsoft.com/es-mx/microsoft-store/register/

Campos Número de teléfono: +52 XXX XXXXXXX (en méxico son de 10 digitos)

Campo estado: Aqui tienes que buscar el codigo de tu estado que tiene microsoft, el mio fue "QR"

Tambien hay que tomar en cuenta que el nombre/username de desarrollador puede ya estar usado, asi que de preferencia pon uno que sea unico y raro, ya que el formulario no da los errores descriptivos.

Despues de esto llegas al paso de la tarjeta, pones tus datos y es 100% seguro que la pagina te mostrará un error, ahi solo tienes que esperar que el cargo se haga a tu tarjeta, y si el cargo se hace, entonces el proceso fue exitoso.

Primero te hacen un cargo de 10 mxn, y despues los 270 mxn.

De ahi te vas al dashboard de tu cuenta y poco a poco se habilitan las opciones de desarrollador de xbox, pudes cerrar sesion y entrar como 10 veces hasta que las opciones se carguen:

En este link te aparece el listado de consolas que tienes para hacer las pruebas de tus juegos.

Hay unos botones a lado de la caja de busqueda, los botones estan "ocultos" ya que estan en color blanco. Hay uno de agregar, ahi es donde vas a meter el codigo que el DevKit del xbox proporciona.

Ya con esto puedes registrar tu consola en tu cuenta dev, y ya puedes usar el kit de desarrollador en la consola xbox one, series S y X. Instala software y se feliz.
