Training multi-variate anomaly detector for multiple devices

Question

If I have multiple instances of the same device - e.g. multiple of same conveyer belt model in a factory, how do I setup training so I can feed in all data across these devices but preserve the device relationship of the data? For example, if device one is sending temp and vibration data in parallel with device two, how do I avoid running training on both meshed together but still allow all the data from various instances of same model devices to be included in the training data?
