Microsoft Office Payment

Question

I am coming to the end of my free trial and realise I will be charged £9.40 monthly. I noticed that there is a cheaper option (Business Basic) which includes everything I need. I want to change to this, however, when logging into the 'admin centre' to adjust this, my username is not accepted, and I am being told to login in with my business username, not personal address despite this being the username for my microsoft office account. Please help me change this before November 19th when I am charged. Thanks.
