Sounds like the hardware will need to be repaired.

I was wondering if there was anyways to fix tablet mode. The option is completely removed from my Lenovo C340 2-in-1. The laptop previously had a serious fall which resulted in the chassis cracking. I'm not sure if this affected why it doesn't auto-detect when I flip the laptop around. There is also a sensor- BMA-2x2 (...) Accelerometer- which seems to have an error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for it but nothing seems to be working. I am sure this is the issue. Regardless... I'm wondering if there is a way to fix tablet mode even though the sensor is damaged.
