Need help accessing a certification

I seem to have lost access to a certification I achieved as when i try to link accounts it says that my certification must be logged against a personal account, but i've got the email to congratulate me on passing and its definitely my work account.
What can I do to
a) access the certification record
b) link it to my personal account
c) link the personal account to my work account?
